The centre stone Amethyst is most commonly used when engaging with higher conscious beings as well as your own higher self. The soft pinks and yellows of the background are activating the frequency of unconditional love and self confidence, to help you on your journey of connecting to your intuition and learning to trust in yourself and your abilities.

Amethyst is a highly powerful and protective stone with a high spiritual vibration that aligns with the Third Eye and Crown chakras. It is a stone used to help calm and relieve stress. Amethyst is said to help people dispels fears, soothe rage and ease grieving. Amethyst is one of the most spiritual stones, promoting love of the divine and encourages selflessness and spiritual wisdom.

Clear Quartz is also known as the Master Healer. It is an excellent stone to start working with as it is an expansion stone, meaning it amplifies the energy you are bringing forth with the stone as well as the energies of other crystals near by. 

Moonstone is known as the stone of new beginnings. Moonstone represents inner clarity, cyclical change, and a connection to the feminine energies in both men and woman. It is a symbol of light and hope. It is an excellent meditation stone as it opens us up to see our place in the world. It can be used to balance the Third Eye chakra and open the Crown chakra.
