As well as the small peaks of blue to assist you in speaking to others with compassion and honesty. When you are able to combine all of these elements, you stand in your power. To be powerful is to live in a way that causes no harm to others but also enforces your own personal boundaries as well as supporting your own needs. To be powerful is to be the great warrior, who never has to pick up his sword.

It brings optimism and a zest for life, allowing one to move forward with confidence and embrace change. It is a stone to assist one with healing the Heart chakra.

Garnet is a powerfully energizing and regenerating stone. It cleanses and reenergises the chakras and it revitalizes, purifies and balances energy, bringing serenity. Garnet inspires love and devotion. It opens up the heart and bestows self-confidence.
